HIC Immigration Consulting Inc. is a Canadian company specialized in immigration law and incorporated in the province of Quebec in Canada.

It is founded and managed by Mr. Joseph Helou, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) #710613 and a member of the Registre québécois des consultants en immigration #12021.

Joseph has several years of experience in the immigration field managing Canadian immigration programs funded by the government of Canada at the International Organization for Migration.

He also delivers orientation seminars to the refugees, skilled workers, entrepreneurs and investors heading to Canada and help them set their settlement and career goals. 

Joseph is a certified diversity and inclusion trainer who help corporations in Canada setting diversity and inclusions policies at the workplace and during the recruitment process.

He is a graduate in Immigration Law from The University of British Columbia, BC, Canada.
